Delivery and Returns

Costs

We charge £4 for smaller parcels and £7.50 for larger or heavier ones, using the Royal Mail 2nd class tracked postal service. For heavier items over 2kg items we use FedEx. 

Timings

We will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as we can. We are a small home based business and so please allow 7 working days before receiving your order. If you need something sooner, do let us know as we are happy to accommodate quick turn arounds when we can. 

International delivery 

If you live outside of the UK please message us on hello@thegardencook.co.uk for a delivery quote. It will be your responsibility to pay any local customs or taxes. 

Returns

We hope you will be happy with your order but should you wish to return it then we can offer a refund or exchange on anything sent back to us in an unused condition and the original packaging. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your item(s). The best way to arrange a return is to contact us as soon as possible on hello@thegardencook.co.uk along with all the details. Please include your name, address and reason for return. 

If your order is damaged in transit. faulty or incorrect then we will cover the return postage costs. Otherwise unfortunately products must be returned at your own cost.
